In addition to serving up a hearty helping of Arrowhead Brass on the World Wide Web, we've also modified our management style so that we might better keep up with the times.

In recent years, Arrowhead Brass has added new foundry and assembly equipment which increased its efficiency and productivity through automation. Its lean management style, which forgoes middle managers, also contributes to quick decision making and response.
